Design of Robust Gain-scheduled Mpc Controllers for Nonlinear Processes

چکیده

A methodology is proposed for the analysis and design of a robust gainscheduled Model predictive Controllers (MPC) for nonlinear chemical processes. The stability and performance tests can be formulated as a finite set of linear matrix inequalities (LMI). A simulation study of a 2x2 system indicates that this approach can provide useful robust controllers, which guarantee closed-loop robust stability and performance. Copyright © 2006 ADCHEM
